About Our Books: Growing up in the 70's my favorite day of
the month was when I recieved my new coonhound magazine,I looked at it everyday until the next months issue arrived.I got
to know each dog in the books personally,and they somehow became a part of my life.So,awhile back I decided to find out about
the dogs I had heard of ,but never seen,the only way I knew of doing this was to buy back issues of the magazine.So I started
buying up back issues,and in a few months I had spent hundreds of dollars,and got a stack of magazines over 8 feet high.Every
time I wanted to find a dog it would take me hours,so I thought if all the great hounds out of these magazines were in one
book by their breed ,it would be six fantastic books.So thats how we got the idea to produce these books,Each book is made
of photos and past ads from a leading coonhound magazine.On our website breed page you will find a complete list of dogs featured
in our publications,so you know exactly what hounds you will be getting.
